Evolution of Energy Work
While there is one energy, universal energy, it can take shape and express in the many forms of an infinite unviverse and this is the basis of everything experienced with the five senses. Eastern wisdom traditions along with Indigenious wisdom traditions have cultivated practices with energies beyond the five senses for centuries. Holistic practicioners, healers, and energy workers are those who have cultivated the skills and mastery of certain techniques and practices to serve their communities and their clients. Today many practitioners are bringing healing to those who may no longer respond to “traditional” (western) medicine practices or want to try a different path to reconcile what is out of balance within them. This increased accessbility to these practitioners and this work has led to a revitiliaztion to recognize ourselves as a whole system rather than to focus our efforts of becoming healthier at one symptom or part of the system.
But what about working with energy when we are already healthy, when we are not experiencing imbalances but performing well overall. Is there a limitation to the abundant health the body can experience?
So, what kind of
energy work is
this?
The type of energy I am working with is a specific frequency of universal energy that has been utilized mostly in solitude in monestaries over centuries and for individual use to overcome limitations of the body. I am by no means the only person who works with this energy but my soul has guided me to bring this work to others so that they may experience the tangible physical results of this type of energy work and have the possibility to learn to work with energy themselves.
Why is the focus on physical fitness?
The characteristics of this energy are very complementary to physical performance. It is fast acting and results can be experienced in as little as one session. It expresses in ways that can be measured within the body and how it performs certain functions. It builds upon itself with each session for even more profound results. Over time it brings the entire body into a state of optimal functioning within all systems of the body. The rate at which this takes place is experienced differently by each person. By working with clients who are fitness and health oriented, there is an alignment with the natural expression of this energy.
What qualifies me to do this work?
My holisitic wellness journey began with an interest in Eastern wisdom traditions during my youth that guided me into deeper investigation through curriculum in college. Ultimatley finding a home on the path of bhakti yoga where I completed a 200 YTT in New Orleans, LA USA. Through my practice I began to expand my knowledge of the energetic systems and the interplay and expression through the physical. I met my current teacher in the Fall of 2022 who has been instrumental in the development of my abilities to work with energy and bring forth my own system in this space that focuses on the body as an abundant, whole, complete and intelligent form capabale of much more than we know.
My commitment is to truth, consciousness, and maintaining myself as an energetic system to allow life to work with me and through me.
Measuring Success
The following data has been selected from 3 clients who began recieving transmissions at the same time and are the results of 2 transmissions over the course of 12 days. Each client was asked not to engage in any physical activities or excercise to intentionally improve these markers. Clients “R” and “B” abstained completely from any workout routines, gym usage, and sports participation during their the 12 days and did not change their diets. These results are typical and were chosen as a control group to highlight the ability of this energy to produce quantifiable changes in the body in a short window of time.
The tables below the graphs are raw data from 4 sessions from the same clients above over the course of 21 days, both clients “R” and “B” continued to abstain from any workout routines, gym usage, and sports participation during this time.
This level of improvement in strength and endurance is typical in this timeframe with most of the clients I work with. Factors that affect the expression of results include normal diet, the level of starting fitness, lifestyle choices including alcohol or recreational substance use, and engagement in physical activity.
