Embark on a transformative journey toward holistic well-being and increased vitality by booking an appointment or consultation. Before a session begins in-person we will take time to discuss our goals of our work together and what is expected. I ask for a committment after the first session for a minimum of 4 sessions to recieve long lasting benefit. Sessions are 1.5 hours in length and should be booked with at least 3 days in between for the body to integrate. I look forward to what we can accomplish together.
