Increase Physical Performance through Energetic Bodywork
Whether you are familiar with energy work or curious, I invite you to open yourself to the possibility that every single thing we do is actually a form of energy work. Sometimes we work with energy in the form of resistance and within the laws of physics. Othertimes we work with less tangible forms of energy that we experience as feelings and emotions. You may be familiar with energy work as a healing modality, but what about working with energy when we are already healthy. Is there a limitation to the abundant health the body can experience? Hint: The answer is no.
This work will enhance your performance, strength, and fitness without requiring you to change your routine. Yes, I am that confident that you will see improvements without adding an extra training day, changing your diet, or your current levels of activity. Is there an area of perfomance you’d like to improve but are seeing little changes in or a fitness goal that you’ve told yourself is out of reach? Discover what a session looks like
Baseline Measurements and Physical Testing
At the beginning of each session, a baseline of health is established to track progress. Resting heartrate, flexibility test, core strength test, physical endurance test and measurements on a scale that provide comprehensive body composition metrics. Clients will also choose their own metrics to meaure progress. Establishing weekly measurements where improvement can be quantified and verified.
Energy Transmission
After the baseline is established, the client will be taken through a progressive relaxation before receiving the energy transmission. Sessions are held in person or online. Results are the same from both sessions. The difference with an online session is the opportunity for the client to develop greater sensitivity to energy and where it shows up throughout the transmission. If sessions are in person this is a hands-on technique with different placements around the body where energy is channeled directly into the client’s body and energetic system.
Client Results
Many clients experience positive benefit from one session however I encourage clients to continue for a minimum of 4 sessions. I do this to ensure each person recieves benefit to their system that can be verified with the progress measurements. And for the client to experience long lasting results they can see for themselves. The results continue to increase each session as the work builds upon itself.

The following data has been selected from 3 clients who began recieving transmissions at the same time and are the results of 2 transmissions over the course of 12 days. Each client was asked not to engage in any physical activities or excercise to intentionally improve these markers. Clients “R” and “B” abstained completely from any workout routines, gym usage, and sports participation during their the 12 days and did not change their diets. These clients were chosen as a control group to highlight the ability of this energy to produce quantifiable changes in the body in a short window of time.
After two sessions, all three clients saw rapid improvement in their levels of strength and endurance, ranging from 59% to 177% over their starting measurments in endurance and 25% to 120% in strength increase.
The tables below the graphs are raw data from 4 sessions from the same clients above over the course of 21 days, both clients “R” and “B” continued to abstain from any workout routines, gym usage, and sports participation during this time.
Each client saw a significant increase in muscle mass, a decrease in BMI and visceral fat, and an increase in endurance and strength, in 3 weeks with no changes to their routines.
This level and rate of improvement is typical in this timeframe with most of the clients I work with. Factors that affect the expression of results include normal diet, the level of starting fitness, lifestyle choices including alcohol or recreational substance use, and engagement in physical activity.
